Who we are

Crediton Photography Club is a small and friendly group of photographers with a wide variety of interests, ages and skills.

The Club meets 7:30pm to 9:30pm on Friday evenings at the The Freemasons Hall, Union Road, Crediton - the Club season runs from the beginning of September through to the end of April.

Crediton, with the Church of the Holy Cross (the cathedral for the Devon & Cornwall diocese until 1046), and the gateway to mid-Devon is ideally set for a photographer.

We have members of all skill levels and welcome new members from absolute beginner to the accomplished expert - mentoring to develop your photographic skills is available for all levels.

Meetings are varied with visiting speakers, practical evenings, demonstrations, competitions and presentations by experienced members. More generally, members are encouraged to show and discuss their work.

The Club is a member of the Western Counties Photographic Federation (WCPF) and participates in its annual DPIC competition. The Club also has links with three other local clubs (Dawlish & Teignmouth, Exmouth and Newton Abbot) with collaborative evenings.

Committee Members - David Reid, Gywn Lewis, Tina Garrard, Sam Miller.
