The Club meets from 7:30pm to 9:30pm on Friday evenings at the The Freemasons Hall, Union Road, Crediton, EX17 3 AW.

The Club Season runs from the beginning of September through until the end of April.

Membership charges for the 2025/26 Season are:

Individual Membership - £45,

Couples Membership - £80,

Parent & Child (under 16 years of age) Membership - £50,

Full Time Student Membership (over 16 years of age) - £10.

New members are very welcome to attend for up to two evenings without paying any fee, following this they would be expected to pay the membership fee - new members that join part way through the season may be asked to pay a pro-rata fee.

On all Club nights that a member attends they are required to contribute a £1 door entry fee to support the on-going funding of the Club.
